Useful information

PURCHASE
The ticket can be purchased from all Trenord sales channels. If purchased online on the Trenord.it website, it must be used on the day chosen during the purchase phase and does not require validation.

TRAIN
The special ticket can only be used in 2nd class on Trenord trains [not Malpensa Express].

USE
The ticket can be used by a single person, adult or child depending on the type of ticket purchased, while the Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children.

CONTROL
In case of request, show the ticket to Trenord staff (if purchased online it is sufficient in digital version from smartphone). In any case, it is necessary to print the ticket purchased online in order for Navigazione Laghi to keep the voucher attached to the train ticket. The ticket allows direct access to the boats. For the possible use of the rapid boat service, it is necessary to purchase the required supplement at the land ticket offices.

CHANGES
For ONLINE purchases it is not possible to change the travel date

REFUNDABLE
The ticket is non-refundable.

GROUPS
For groups of more than 10 people, before purchasing tickets, it is necessary to check the availability of the train by writing to comitive@trenord.it and that of the boat by writing to infocomo@navigazionelaghi.it

How to get Varenna

It is possible to get to VARENNA on the Milan-Lecco-Sondrio-Tirano line.

Once you reach Varenna, go to the Navigazione Lago di Como boarding point (5 minutes on foot), where you can use any boat that goes to the destinations of Menaggio, Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo and Lenno.
