USEFUL INFORMATION
PURCHASE
Tickets purchased ONLINE must be printed and used on the day chosen during the purchase phase. It does not require validation. The ticket purchased at the TICKET OFFICE, at VENDING MACHINES or in TRENORD DEALERS, once stamped, is valid for one day.
TRAIN
The special ticket can be used in 2nd class on Trenord trains [except Malpensa Express].
USE
The ticket can be used by one person.
CHANGES
It is not possible to change the date of travel.
REFUNDABLE
It is not possible to change the travel date. The ticket is non-refundable..
GROUPS
In the case of groups of more than 20 people it is necessary, before purchasing the tickets, to check the availability of the train by writing to comitive@trenord.it and that of the boat by writing to controllo@navigazionelagoiseo.it
