PURCHASE
You can buy the ticket from all Trenord sales channels. If you buy it online on the Trenord.it website, you must use it on the day chosen during the purchase phase and does not require validation.

TRAIN
The Trenord ticket, included in the “SIRMIONE TOUR” package, allows only one return trip in second class on Trenord trains [excluding Malpensa Express].

USE
The ticket can be used by a single person, adult or child depending on the type of ticket purchased. The ticket allows direct access to boats, including express services.

CHANGES
You can not change the travel date.

REFUNDABLE
The ticket is non-refundable.

CONTROL
In case of request, show the ticket to Trenord staff (if purchased online it is sufficient in digital version from smartphone). In any case, you must print the ticket purchased online in order for Navigazione Laghi to keep the voucher attached to the train ticket.

GROUPS
For groups of more than 10 people, before purchasing tickets, it is necessary to check the availability of the train by writing to comitive@trenord.it and that of the boat by writing to infogarda@navigazionelaghi.it

How to get to Desenzano or Peschiera del Garda

From any station in Lombardy, take any train towards VERONA, get off at DESENZANO or PESCHIERA (travel time: 83 minutes from Milano Centrale to Desenzano; 92 minutes from Milano Centrale to Peschiera), then take the Navigazione Laghi boat.
