With Trenord it is possible to obtain different forms of reimbursement or compensation, for reasons dependent on traffic, for external reasons or more simply for renunciation by the traveler or incorrect purchase.
INDEMNITY FOR DELAYS (NEW)
It is the partial reimbursement of the monthly and annual rail passes that can be requested if a certain threshold of overall delays on the line is exceeded.
These are partial or total refunds due for reasons such as strikes, lack of service, cancellation of travel, loss or delay of a single train.
Extension for the whole of 2021 of the partial reimbursement granted with the introduction of the STIBM tariff system.
