The ticket can only be purchased ONLINE on the Trenord.it website. It does not need to be validated.
The offer is reserved for Malpensa Express customers arriving at Malpensa Airport.

TRAIN

The Malpensa Express ticket included in the "SERRAVALLE OUTLET MXP EXPRESS" offer allows for 1 one-way trip on the Malpensa Express train.
The Malpensa Express ticket included in the "SERRAVALLE OUTLET MXP EXPRESS RETURN" offer allows for 1 return trip on the Malpensa Express train within 30 days of the date indicated on the ticket.

USE

The "SERRAVALLE OUTLET MXP EXPRESS" and "SERRAVALLE OUTLET MXP EXPRESS RETURN" tickets allow you to take the train from Malpensa Airport to Milan (and to return if you purchase the "RETURN" option) and to take a return bus from Milan to Serravalle Designer Outlet.
Customers in possession of the voucher provided by Zani Viaggi for the bus trip can collect their Fashion Passport at the Guest Service desk at the entrance to Serravalle Designer Outlet.

To book your seat on the Zani Viaggi bus, you must email marketing@zaniviaggi.com or call +39 02 867131, indicating your chosen date and preferred time for the trip at least 48 hours in advance.

CHANGES

It is not possible to change the travel date.

REFUNDS

The train ticket is non-refundable.

INSPECTIONS

If requested, simply show the ticket to Trenord staff directly on your smartphone.
However, we do recommend printing and carrying the ticket with you to show if requested.

GROUPS

For groups of more than 20 people, you must check the availability of the Malpensa Express train and the Zani Viaggi bus before purchasing the tickets by emailing comitive@trenord.it (for the train) and excursions@zaniviaggi.it or calling +39 02 867131 (for the Zani Viaggi bus).

HOW TO GET THERE

The Malpensa Express trains:

Terminal 1 Station (3-minute walk from the "ARRIVALS" exit): from the ARRIVALS exit, follow the signs marked or "Treni/Trains" to the train station, get off at floor -1, follow the signs and, after checking the train timetable and the platform number, which is indicated on the timetable, go down to floor -2 to catch the train;

Terminal 2 Station (3-minute walk from the "ARRIVALS" exit): from the ARRIVALS exit, go left and follow the footpath with signs leading to the train station; exit the airport, cross the road and go straight, staying under the long shelter until the train station; go down the stairs and, after checking the train timetable and the platform number, which is indicated on the timetable, go down to floor -1 to catch the train.

The Zani Viaggi buses:

Milano Centrale station - Piazza Duca d'Aosta. Ticket office open every day from 8.00 to 18.00.
City Centre - Largo Cairoli, 18 (5-minute walk from Milan Cadorna station). Ticket office open every day from 8.30 to 18.30.
