Due to Trenord
Refunds are allowed for travel tickets (including validated ones) provided that the non-use is confirmed to Trenord staff.
In case of a station without a ticket office or with a closed ticket office, the request must be submitted in writing to the Trenord Refunds Office within 7 days of the event that prevented the trip, attaching the original ticket.
Due to renunciation by the passenger
In case of non-completion of the trip due to renunciation by the passenger, a deduction of 10% on the amount of the ticket will be applied to the refund. If the passenger decides to use the refund in full in the purchase of another travel document, no deduction will be applied.
For theft, loss, deterioration
In the event of theft, loss or deterioration of paper subscriptions, with the exception of annuals, there is no refund. If the season ticket is digital, loaded on an electronic card, after verification, it can be reloaded on a new card by contacting Trenord assistance.
In case of theft, loss or theft of the recharge receipt for the card, it is necessary to contact the My Link Points Trenord in Milan Porta Garibaldi or Milan Cadorna.

INDEMNITY FOR DELAYS (NEW)
It is the partial reimbursement of the monthly and annual rail passes that can be requested if a certain threshold of overall delays on the line is exceeded.
