Trains on the Malpensa - Milano Centrale MXP2 line take you from Milano Centrale station to Terminal 1 of Malpensa airport in 51 minutes and from Malpensa Airport to Milano Centrale in 54 minutes.

With the Malpensa Express train you avoid the traffic and costs of parking at the airport, because it leaves you under Terminal 1, a few minutes walk from the arrivals area, which is located on the ground floor, while the departures area, the check-in area and the boarding gates are on the first floor.

Arriving at Milano Centrale, however, you are already close to all the platforms from which trains depart for any destination, with the Trenord regional lines and you can also reach the rest of Italy by train, with Intercity, Frecciarossa and Italo trains, and Europe, with Eurocity.

To move around the city of Milano, on the other hand, at the Milano Centrale station there are two ATM subway lines, the green M2 and the yellow M3, as well as numerous urban and extra-urban surface vehicles and parking lots for taxis.

The Malpensa Express Malpensa - Milano Centrale MXP2 train also stops at the Milano Porta Garibaldi station, where you can find the regional and high-speed railway lines, from the surface station, while the suburban lines leave from the Milano Porta Garibaldi Passante station.

 There are also two ATM metro lines, the green line M2 and the lilac line M5, bus and tram.

Milano Porta Garibaldi station is very close to the new area of Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Samsung District, even the Palazzo di Regione Lombardia can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The Malpensa Express, Malpensa - Milano Centrale MXP2, also stops in Milano Bovisa; here you can change trains with the regional ones that go towards Asso, Milano Domodossola and Milano Cadorna, or the suburban ones towards Camnago and Mariano comense or towards the Passante Ferroviario.

The Milano Bovisa station is close to the headquarters of the Bovisa Polytechnic.

Outside Milano, the Malpensa Express Malpensa - Milano Centrale MXP2 train stops in Saronno, where you can interchange with the regional lines to Como Lago, Varese, Laveno and Novara and the suburban to Albairate.

The other stops are Rescaldina, Castellanza, Busto Arsizio and Ferno-Lonate Pozzolo.

In Busto Arsizio, in the twin station, Busto Arsizio FS, a short distance away, the trains of the lines for Varese, Mendrisio, Porto Ceresio, Arona, Domodossola also stop.
