Line S50: How to use e-tickets on cross border lines
Dear Customers, to travel with Chip On Paper (“COP”) e-tickets to/from Malpensa to Swiss stations, please keep the paper receipt released during the ticket purchase/top-up phase.
Before the beginning of the trip, please hand write the following items on the paper receipt to validate it:
DEPARTURE STATION + JOURNET START TIME.
During the control phase, the paper receipt will be shown, together with the COP e-ticket, to the personnel in charge of control.
