From February 22, 2023, paper travel passes will be replaced with passes on electronic cards. You will then need to be in possession of an IO VIAGGIO card on which to load your passes. The IO VIAGGIO card allows all rail and integrated travel passes to be loaded from any Trenord sales channel, online or at ticket offices and authorised retailers. A choice in the direction of greater simplification and sustainability.

WHERE TO PURCHASE THE CARD:

The card is on sale for €10, is valid for 4 years, and can be applied for through:

- Selected Trenord ticket offices Apply for the card at our outlets in the territory. You just show up with a passport photo and fill out the appropriate form. You will be able to pick up the card directly on site within 3 working days.
