Al via la fase 2 del progetto Assistenza e Controllo Trenord

March 18, 2022 - Phase 2 of the Assistance and Control project kicked off in March, which sees the presence of Trenord operators in strategic stations in Lombardy to assist travelers and check tickets and passes , even before boarding the train.

After the positive results achieved in the first phase of the project, which kicked off in July 2021, the new step envisaged an increase in operators - from 65 to 103 - and in the stations manned: in Milan Porta Garibaldi, Milan Cadorna, Milan Bovisa, Varese, Lecco, Brescia, Pavia was joined by Cremona.
