Beni FAI in Lombardia

FAI - Fondo per l'Ambente Italiano (National Trust for Italy) manages, protects and enhances part of the historical, artistic and landscape heritage of Italy including parks and gardens, castles and historic houses, villas and abbeys and other assets with a high identity value. FAI protects and cares for such properties, which are open to the public, so that everyone can fully experience and enjoy them, promoting the culture of respect for nature, history and art.

Thanks to the collaboration between FAI and Trenord, Trenord pass holders and occasional customers will be able to take advantage of discounted rates for admission to selected FAI-managed properties in Lombardy that can be reached sustainably by train, using in combination any other sustainable means of transportation such as bicycles or electric cars.

WITH TRENORD IS CHEAPER

For Trenord pass holders in possession of the IO VIAGGIO card, holders of a season ticket or Trenord one-way train ticket, validated on the day of the visit or the previous day, 20% discount on the admission ticket* to the following FAI properties in Lombardy:

* discount valid only for admission to the property and not for participation in any events held there.

HOW TO GET THE DISCOUNT

The promotion, which cannot be combined with other concessions, is valid for the Trenord customer's purchase of 1 discounted ticket for each of the properties included in the agreement.

To obtain the discount you need to:

- for ticket office purchases (at the ticket offices of the indicated properties): show your own valid IO VIAGGIO card with Trenord logo (with ID) or your Trenord one-way train ticket;

- - for online purchases* from the site www.fondoambiente.it accessing the page dedicated to each property (from the section FAI properties): the Trenord customer will be able to purchase a reduced-price ticket by entering the special promotional code “TRENORD22”.

The staff of the FAI Property visited may ask the Trenord Customer, at the time of purchase, to view his or her IO VIAGGIO card, along with the receipt of payment for a valid Trenord travel pass, or his or her train ticket proving train travel on the day of the visit or the previous day.
