Milano Lambrate, much more than a ticket office
7 new large Trenord ticket offices have been open since September Trenord: Milano Centrale, first of all, but also Milano Lambrate, Gallarate, Como San Giovanni, Lodi, Monza and Voghera.
In 2020, also thanks to the pandemic, this may seem an anachronistic move, however, although the numbers of sales on our digital channels are growing, at the same time the use of physical ticket offices has also increased, managed by Trenord staff in response to a need for Customers, who still ask for a human relationship, even in a highly digitized context.
THE NUMBERS OF DIRECT PRESENCE
At the moment in Lombardia there are:
- 62 Trenord points of sale;
- 103 branches available for sale;
- 290 professionals dedicated to sales, assistance and information
As mentioned, the ticket offices are increasingly turning into a place of assistance, as is the case with the new Milan Lambrate ticket office, told in the video (in italian only), taken over by Trenitalia, reopened on 22 September after being closed in March 2020.
