Como e il Castello di Baradello

USEFUL INFORMATION
PURCHASE
Tickets can only be purchased ONLINE and must be used on the day chosen at the time of purchase. It does not require validation.
TRAIN
The Trenord ticket, included in the package “COMO AND THE BARADELLO CASTLE” allows one round trip in second class on Trenord trains [excluding Malpensa Express]. The ticket does NOT allow the use of Trenitalia trains (HS, EC, IC).
HOW TO USE IT
The ticket can be used by one person, adult or child depending on the type of ticket purchased.
The Audioguide can be used by downloading the TRAVELMATE app and entering the code given in the ticket purchased within the App's staff.
Visits to the Castle must be booked at least 24 hours before the trip; all directions are given on the ticket purchased.
CHANGES
The date of travel can be changed a maximum of 3 times via the online booking function up to 7 days before departure by writing to info@bitq.it, attaching the tickets purchased.
REFUNDS
Train tickets are non-refundable.
TICKET INSPECTIONS
In case of a request, the Trenord ticket should be presented to Trenord staff in the printed or digital (from smartphone) version. Even for the Castle ticket, there is no need to print anything, just present the digital ticket on a smartphone at the entrances.
GROUPS
In the case of groups of more than 20 people, it is necessary, before purchasing tickets, to check the availability of the train by writing to comitive@trenord.it.
HOW TO GET THERE
From any station in Lombardy take any train with destination COMO and get off at Como Camerlata (travel time: 50 minutes from Milano Cadorna, 34 minutes from Milano Centrale, 55 minutes from Milano Porta Garibaldi), then walk to Baradello Castle.
