From all over Lombardy to QC Termemilano with Trenord. A unique wellness centre to get away from daily stress and enter a world of well-being. An oasis enclosed by the Spanish Walls dating back to the 1500s, in an Art Nouveau complex of more than 3,000 square metres. QC Termemilano's multisensory journey offers more than 30 wellness practices, from the Porta Romana Tram, the world's first biosauna built inside a streetcar, to the Underwater Museum, the marvellous crystal-walled pool built around ancient archaeological remains.

TICKET INCLUDES
- Return train travel with Trenord from any station in Lombardy to Milan;
- QC Terme Pass Spa & Lunch (daily admission + Wellness Lunch)*;
- A product kit in a smart phone carrying pouch.
*: The Spa & Lunch pass is an unlimited daily admission ticket, which includes a buffet lunch and (like all other admissions, an evening drink). The buffet has some hot and cold dishes, salads, cheeses, desserts and fruits, as well as beverages.

USEFUL INFORMATION
PURCHASE
Tickets can only be purchased ONLINE and must be used on the day chosen at the time of purchase. It does not require validation.
TRAIN
The Trenord ticket, included in the "QC Terme Pass Spa & Lunch" package, allows one round trip in second class on ordinary Trenord [excluding Malpensa Express] and TILO [from Como to Milan] trains. NOT valid on HS, IC and EC services of Trenitalia and/or other rail companies.
HOW TO USE IT
The ticket can be used by one person on the day chosen at the time of purchase.
CHANGES
The travel date can be changed a maximum of 3 times up to 1 day before departure by special request to info@bitq.it .
REFUNDS
Train tickets are non-refundable.
TICKET INSPECTIONS
If requested, the Trenord ticket must be presented to Trenord staff in the printed or digital version (from smartphone).
GROUPS
In the case of groups of more than 20 people, it is necessary, before purchasing tickets, to check the availability of the train by writing to comitive@trenord.it.
HOW TO GET THERE
From any station in Lombardy, take a train bound for MILANO (recommended arrival stations Milano Cadorna, Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi) then go to Piazza Medaglie d'Oro (easily reached by M3 stop Porta Romana - subway ticket is not included in the package) and enter QC Termemilano.
