Useful information

PURCHASE
Tickets can only be purchased ONLINE on the Trenord.it website, and must be used on the day chosen during the purchase phase. It does not require validation.

TRAIN
The Trenord ticket, included in the “PARCO GIARDINO SIGURTÀ” package, allows only one return trip in 2nd Class on Trenord trains [excluding Malpensa Express].

USE
TThe ticket can be used by a single person.

CHANGES
The travel date can be changed up to 3 times using the appropriate online function.

REFUNDABLE
The train ticket is not refundable.

CONTROL
In the event of a request, simply show the ticket to Trenord staff directly from your smartphone. However, it is necessary to print the ticket in order for the Trenord partner to keep the voucher attached to the train ticket.

GROUPS
In the case of groups of more than 20 people it is necessary, before purchasing tickets, to check the availability of the selected train by writing to comitive@trenord.it and to Sigurtà Park at info@sigurta.it.

How to get to Sigurtà Park

From any station in Lombardy, take any train towards VERONA and get off at Peschiera del Garda (journey time: 92 minutes from Milano Centrale), then take the shuttle bus to Parco Giardino Sigurtà.
