Brescia Photo Festival - Brescia

From May 8 to October 17, 2021, Brescia will host the fourth edition of the Brescia Photo Festival, an important event promoted by the Brescia Museums Foundation and the Municipality of Brescia, with the collaboration of MaCof - Center of Italian photography. The Festival has its fulcrum in the Museum of Santa Giulia which hosts various photographic exhibitions: Alfred Seiland. IMPERIVM ROMANVM. Photographs 2005-2020; Palmira. A denied memory; Rome in Africa; Eros; "With love and great care". The restoration of the albumin of the Church of Miracles by Giacomo Rossetti. The protagonists are some of the most important masters of photography who interpret this year's theme with the photographic medium, Heritage: the cultural, archaeological, historical and social value of identity heritage, from Roman antiquity to the contemporary.
